The Senate normally sits on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

A new attendance audit mechanism was established on March 1st, 2010. This was done in conjunction with the new Travel and Subsistence Allowance.

I have decided not to claim this allowance. However, according to the Members Services office, I was in attendance for 72 of the 78 sitting days between March and December 2010.
